近日，西北疫情持續(xù)發(fā)展，陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)新波及地區(qū)，已擴(kuò)散至14個(gè)省份，此外，黑龍江省黑河市、山東省日照市等地新增新冠病毒感染者。為科學(xué)精準(zhǔn)防控疫情，嚴(yán)防疫情輸入，現(xiàn)緊急對(duì)廣大群眾提出如下疫情防控提醒：

Recently, as the COVID-19 pandemic in Northwest China continues to develop, it has spread to more new areas in 14 provinces. In addition, new COVID-19 infections have been found in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province and Rizhao City, Shandong Province. In order to prevent and control the pandemic scientifically and accurately and to curb the spread both within and into the jurisdictions, we urgently make the following suggestions to the general public:?????

一、主動(dòng)核酸檢測(cè)。自高中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)所在?。ㄗ灾螀^(qū)、直轄市）入湘返湘人員需持48小時(shí)內(nèi)（以采樣時(shí)間計(jì)算）新冠病毒核酸檢測(cè)陰性證明。對(duì)自高中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)所在?。ㄗ灾螀^(qū)、直轄市）出發(fā)，跨省乘坐飛機(jī)、高鐵、火車、長(zhǎng)途汽車到達(dá)我省第一目的地的人員，我省將查驗(yàn)核酸檢測(cè)陰性證明。

1. Take nucleic acid tests voluntarily. Those who come to Hunan from any province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) where a medium and high-risk area is located must take along the proof of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result within 48 hours (from the time of samples taken). For those who depart from any province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) where a medium and high-risk area is located and arrive in Hunan as the first destination by plane, high-speed rail, train, or long-distance bus to another province, we will check your negative proof.

二、主動(dòng)報(bào)備。請(qǐng)2021年10月14日（含）以來(lái)有黑龍江省黑河市旅居史、10月16日（含）以來(lái)有山東省日照市旅居史、14天內(nèi)到過(guò)中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)所在地市或者有本地病例發(fā)生但暫未劃定中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)所在縣區(qū)的入湘返湘人員，以及14天內(nèi)從內(nèi)蒙古、甘肅、陜西、寧夏四?。ㄗ灾螀^(qū)）入湘返湘的人員在做好個(gè)人防護(hù)的情況下，第一時(shí)間主動(dòng)向所在社區(qū)（村）、工作單位或所住酒店報(bào)備，并配合當(dāng)?shù)刈龊酶綦x、核酸檢測(cè)、健康監(jiān)測(cè)等相關(guān)防控措施。

2. Take the initiative to report. Those who come to Hunan with a travel or living history in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province since October 14, 2021, in Rizhao City, Shandong Province since October 16, in medium and high-risk areas within 14 days, or in areas with local confirmed cases but have not been listed as medium or high risks, and those from Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shaanxi, and Ningxia within 14 days, must voluntarily inform your community (village), company or hotel under the circumstance that you have done your personal protection well. You must also cooperate with the local authorities?on prevention and control measures such as quarantine, nucleic acid testing and health monitoring.

三、配合管控。對(duì)10月14日以來(lái)黑龍江省黑河市愛(ài)輝區(qū)旅居史,10月16日以來(lái)有山東省日照市五蓮縣旅居史的入湘人員，暫參照有高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)所在縣市區(qū)旅居史者進(jìn)行健康服務(wù)。對(duì)10月14日以來(lái)有黑龍江省黑河市旅居史，10月16日以來(lái)有山東省日照市旅居史的入湘人員，暫參照有高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)所在地市旅居史者進(jìn)行健康服務(wù)。對(duì)其他有本地續(xù)發(fā)病例發(fā)生的，暫未劃定中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)所在縣(區(qū))的來(lái)湘人員，暫參照有中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)所在縣區(qū)旅居史者進(jìn)行健康服務(wù)。

3. Cooperate with all control measures. Those who come to Hunan with a travel or living history in Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province since October 14, and in Wulian County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province since October 16, will get the same health services temporarily as those who traveled to or lived in the counties, cities or districts where a high-risk area is located.
